Our restaurant features a brick hearth that comes alive with live-fired foods prepared to order and a dining area which hosts up to 80 guests for receptions, dinner, and dancing. We can accommodate groups up to 80 in our 420-square meter restaurant, which can be transformed into an event hall for activities ranging from networking events and corporate meetings, or groups as small as 10 that need a more intimate space for yoga, cooking classes, or buri weaving classes
Our 3-hour long classes involve whole animal preparation with a focus on minimal waste, being innovative with the ingredients you have available, teaching technique and relying on your intuition and preferences to make your meals. Chef Ken Cazeñas can tailor the class to suit your group’s particular interests and skill level.
Book a private class for your group. We accept groups of up to 10 people. Classes can be scheduled Wednesday to Sunday, and are held from 10am to 1pm including lunch that you make.
ZERO WASTE EVENTS
We refuse the use of any single-use plastics from our suppliers as well as our party hosts and guests, down to the selection of decorations and presentation of all food and beverages served at Alpas. We provide the alternative by using only compostable or washable dishware, glassware and cutlery, and serving fresh food made to order as well as filtered water from a refillable dispenser. We segregate properly by labeling and designating bins to easily sort recycling and compost while discouraging any non-biodegradables from being used or brought on site. We close the loop by incorporating composting into our daily Restaurant & Garden operations.
